Spa at home
So yesterday I decided to give my self a pedicure at home. It was really relaxing and made my feet soft and clean. I think that people forget to take care of their feet which could lead to fungus, dry and cracked heels, and long toenails :P. I do have one of those mini spa's that you just put your feet in but i was scared to get it out due to spiders. So here are simple instruction to a spa at home. Make your feet happy (after all it's summer)
1. Fill the bath tub our shower only enough for your feet to be soaked (no wasting water)
2. Fill with bubble bath, or bath salts
3. Soak your feet in for 10 min
4. Because you skin is now soft you may use a scrubber or callus stone.
5. Using your scrubber clean underneath your nails, heels and bottom of feet.
6. You skin is still soft so wipe with a towel to take off more dead skin
7. Your done. (don't forget the Lotion)
I went a little further and gave myself a french manicure for my toes, perfect for summer.
You can use tape (or nail guides) to get the straight line, don't worry even pro's use tape
